Aims of the tool

The aim of the Architects of Non-Formal Education handbook is to empower youth workers by enhancing their ability to understand, design, and implement innovative non-formal education (NFE) methods, aligned with Erasmus+ priorities.

Description of the tool

Our tool is a non-formal education training program designed to help youth workers develop innovative learning methods. Through interactive activities, simulations, and teamwork, participants learn to design, implement, and evaluate educational tools aligned with Erasmus+ priorities.
Learning outcomes include:
- Improved competence in non-formal education methods
- Ability to create and facilitate engaging learning activities
- Enhanced teamwork and intercultural collaboration skills
Practical tools for empowering and educating youth in diverse contexts.
