To give a wide overview on the topic if conflict resolution by analysing conflict itself and its inferences, the role of a conflict worker and the possible approaches to conflict resolution, by starting from participants knowledge

Description of the tool

A PPP is shown (the content is the one explained in the previous text), enhancing personal reflection and judgement and plenary discussion. At the very beginning a personal idea of CONFLICT is asked through a brainstorm activity. Participants are also asked to reflect on conflict situations they experienced and to evaluate the constructive or deconstructive approaches they have been adopting to resolve them
