Graphic Facilitation in Working with Young People

To introduce youth workers and educators to graphic facilitation and visual thinking.

To support more engaging and participatory learning processes with young people.

Description of the tool

“Graphic Facilitation in Working with Young People” is a practical toolkit developed within the Erasmus+ project “Knowing the Drawing.” It is based on the experiences, exercises, and materials created during an international training course on graphic facilitation for youth educators.

The toolkit shows how to use drawing, colour, symbols, and visual structures to support communication, learning, creativity, and group processes. It includes practical tips and exercises on visual thinking, posters and infographics, mind maps, visual storytelling, visual metaphors, and graphic recording. It is designed primarily for youth workers, educators, and trainers who want to make workshops and educational activities with young people more engaging, accessible, and participatory.
