Toolbox that contains non-formal learning and experiential activities, methods and approaches for youth work on the topics of stoicism, entrepreneurship, youth employability, entrepreneurial skills, youth participation and intercultural learning.
- To combat youth unemployment through entrepreneurship education and Stoic philosophy
- To explore the roots, challenges, and socio-economic consequences of youth unemployment and how it can be addressed through youth work and non-formal education
- To promote entrepreneurial education through various philosophical schools, in this case the Stoicism
- To improve young people’s employability skills
The Toolbox provides 8 different non-formal learning and experiential activities on different topics that can support youth workers, young people and others to organise activities on the topics of stoicism, entrepreneurship, youth employability, entrepreneurial skills, youth participation and intercultural learning.
The Toolbox includes detailed instructions for running the activities for different target groups in various contexts. Additionally each activity contains: summary of activities, themes covered, intended target group(s), aims & objectives, expected learning outcomes, intended group size and time, step-by-step instructions for facilitation, debriefing and evaluation questions, space requirements and training materials needed, notes and tips for facilitation, and if applicable additional information or appendixes.
The Toolbox was created by 24 participants of the Training course "Stoic Principles in Modern Entrepreneurship", organised by CET platforma Skopje in Krushevo, Macedonia from 23rd to 30th of March 2026.
The Training course is part of a project funded by the Erasmus+ programme through the Macedonian National Agency for European educational programmes and mobility.
