To explore relational challenges through creative and participatory learning methods.
To promote safer, healthier, and more conscious relationships.
This learning tool is designed for youth workers to facilitate workshops on relationships and emotional well-being with young people. It explores key relational topics such as communication, attachment, consent, emotional responsibility, safety, social media influences, commitment, boundaries, diversity, and care.
Using art-based and experiential methods—including movement, drama, visual reflection, storytelling, role-play, and group discussion—the tool creates safe and creative spaces where participants can explore personal experiences, question social norms, and develop healthier relational skills.
Structured around 15 key questions about relationships, the tool supports self-awareness, emotional literacy, empathy, critical thinking, and collective reflection. It encourages participants to better understand themselves and others while building communication and relational competencies relevant to contemporary youth realities.
