A practical guide for educators and youth workers to implement peer-led well-being coaching and digital content creation. It captures lessons learned and pedagogical recommendations from 24 months of testing across seven European countries.

Aims of the tool

1) To provide a roadmap for external stakeholders to adapt and implement the Chill Pill methodology in diverse settings.
2) To bridge the gap between project resources (MOOC, Toolkits) and daily youth work practice.
3) To share evidence-based recommendations and "pedagogical glue" to maximize the impact of well-being interventions.
4) To ensure the sustainability and transferability of project results to schools, VET centers, and community organizations.

Description of the tool

The Chill Pill Practitioner Handbook is a comprehensive resource developed to support the delivery of peer-led well-being interventions and digital media training. Unlike theoretical manuals, this handbook is built upon the real-world feedback of youth workers and participants from Finland, Greece, Ireland, Poland, Germany, Spain, and the Czech Republic. It serves as a concluding strategic document that helps practitioners avoid common mistakes while building resilience and emotional intelligence in young people.
