Description of the tool

Each person of the group is asked to build a poncho with a flip chart paper. (cutting a hole for the head in the centre of it).
On the front side of the poncho each participant draw or write down several elements or key words that describe themself as a person. The poncho should describe the personal side (e.g. what I like, what I dislike, my personality, my family, my hobbies.) and not the professional one (avoiding info about the organisation and their role in it.). Then in pairs, participants exchange info about them self. After that in an open space, everyone will start moving around the room, looking at the other ponchos with a marker in the hand. Everyone is allowed to ask questions and to write down comments on the back side of the poncho. The comments are about the first impression. After that, with the same pair partner, pax exchange impressions about what they found on the back-side.
