It was part of the project Roadmap for Jobs of the Future.

Our organisations Agora Aveiro, HUKI - Hrvatski ured za kreativnost i inovacije and INAT Centre were running this Erasmus+ project.

Aims of the tool

Our organisations Agora Aveiro, HUKI - Hrvatski ured za kreativnost i inovacije and INAT Centre were running this Erasmus+ project.

The project goal was to raise the quality level of youth work in the field of strengthening the employability of young people.

Description of the tool

The toolkit was written in English. It contains 9 chapters on 90+ pages: from Intro to the 21st-century job market, work-life balance and well-being to personal branding in job search. We also tackled prompts for collaborating with diverse stakeholders in employability projects, work rights, and digital literacy in the age of AI.

The toolkit is available for download on the project coordinator's website and web pages of other partners.

This tool is for

- youth workers in the field of employability, personal development, well-being career guidance, non-formal education - young people in career transitions and who want to upskill or re-skill - youth with fewer opportunities (be that due to geographical and economic background, NEET status, necessity to work and study at the same time, disability, or family circumstances) - mentors, teachers, university professors, trainers, facilitators, even HRs and recruiters - everyone who is intrigued about the future of work, technology, AI, location-independent jobs and social impact

Materials needed:

- computer or mobile device to read it
- notebook / paper and pen to take notes if you like

Duration:

It depends how much of the toolkit you want to read.

You can set 10-15 minutes to read some exercises and browse through the content.

Or you can dedicate time in the same way as you would to an interesting book about career and personal development.
