Description of the tool

The tool aims to help and motivate youth workers to understand the laws and the principles of leadership and teach them how to move up the "Leadership Ladder". It gives useful insights on how to motivate young people to participate more in eco-initiatives and how to promote such initiatives online through social media campaigns. It also contains useful information on project management and all its stages for creating a quality environmental initiative.
