Aims of the tool

To share outcomes of this training - new perspective how to look on the toipc of employability when working with young people, including also point of view of employer

Description of the tool

Booklet offers some background informaiton about the training and the topic, including examples how you can name competences (including reference from employer) also as some of the findings of participants. The toolbox offeres activities which participants developed during the course. Some of them (flying circles from activity My Talent) were already used and tested in different setting and with different target groups with great sucess.
