Summary:
Young people of fewer opportunities are the centre piece of this training, furthering non-formal education for practitioners working with disadvantaged young people. The intention of this training is to raise awareness of challenges youth projects and how youth workers and other individuals working with young people can reach out, particularly to those hard to reach. Young people can suffer a variety of disadvantages such as racism, cultural differences, linguistic barriers, economic challenges. Our team is experienced in using innovative methods to engage young people successfully.
