Silence the Violence

Silence the Violence is a Youth Exchange which aims to prevent physical violence among teens through sports and theatre arts.

This project aims to use sports and theatre as a mechanism to educate against violence and promote normative behavior among youngsters. The project will bring together 32 participants from 4 different EU countries.
The project foresees practicing sports activities as a means of inclusion and also as a tool to develop self-respect and respect for others and concern for cultural diversity. The project also aims to involve youngsters in theatre activities, since language is the main way to express oneself, thus, participants can find many forms of communication and interaction that can easily lead to various methods to resolve conflicts.
