Do you feel sometimes like the others may are sending messages to us? Are
you working with youths? Can you feel the message they are sending to us?.
Maybe we do or want to do something. Youth are changing every year. Come
to Czech Republic for 9 days training course and just imagine that you are
reading the message from youth and try to react. We load you up with
“weapons” which help you to react in the creative way.
We are planning to share same space with European professionals and active
and interested youth leaders, in topics: how to support positive relationships
in a group. How to deal with conflicts within the group and how to uncover
bully and what to do after. We want to share opinions, knowledge and reality
in every member’s country. We will present a little portion from Czech way of
prevention. You can improve your skills in work with youth, you can get a new techniques and approaches.Training course could be an opportunity to meet
professionals from other countries and share experience.
Main issues:
- 8 active days with students, pedagogic workers, social workers and other fantastic
people from different countries. Practice an attractive ways how to work with
youth to improve their relationships in the group and how to discover bullying and
how to react on it. Each theme will be explored, experienced and practically
prepared for apply
- We will present an attractive method of work within normal studying process at
school classes, we will present learning by experience techniques in classes, games
related to support open and creative relationships within school groups. We offer
a method how to put a pedagogical goals into brand new and creative activity.
- We will present techniques helping to uncover and diagnostic the level of bully
and consequently to help you decide the way of fixing the relationships in a group.
- members can develop their competences on many levels, individual, intercultural,
intellectual, psycho-social and other
- sharing knowledge and experience with different cultural backgrounds
- invite members for preparing project of prevention in their own country
