KA 105 Youth Mobility Project

We are looking for partners for a youth mobility project, "Youth Exchange," within the framework of Erasmus+, specifically for a KA 105 Youth Mobility action.

We are looking for partners for a youth mobility project, "Youth Exchange," within the framework of Erasmus+, specifically for a KA 105 Youth Mobility action, as this action is the most suitable for the young age of our group of participants.
Reminder of the Action's Objectives:
This action is supported for the purpose of non-formal learning, taking the form of youth exchanges, with the aim of empowering young people and enabling them to become active citizens, engaging them in the European project, and helping them acquire and develop skills useful for their lives and future careers.
Youth exchanges specifically aim to:
• Encourage intercultural learning and dialogue, as well as foster a sense of belonging to Europe;
• Develop young people's skills and attitudes;
• Strengthen European values and eliminate prejudices and stereotypes;
• Raise awareness of relevant social issues, thereby stimulating engagement in society and active participation in democratic life.
Youth exchanges are gatherings of groups of young people from at least two different countries who come together for a short period to jointly implement a non-formal learning program. This program includes a mix of workshops, exercises, debates, role-playing, simulations, outdoor activities, and more, focusing on a topic of interest to them while drawing inspiration from the European Youth Goals.

About Our Group:
Attached to this letter, you will find the PIF form containing all the information about the organizing association and the project coordinator, myself.
The participants are young people from rural areas, and within the framework of an Erasmus project, they are considered youth with fewer opportunities. The group is already formed, and we meet once a week. As of today, the group consists of 15 participants.
At the time of travel, the participants will be between 13 and 15 years old.
This is the first European mobility project led by the APEAI association, with the goal of establishing long-term mobility opportunities for young people.

Timeline:
We plan to submit the Erasmus application by the deadline of October 1, 2025.
As this trip will take place outside of school time, we believe it would be most appropriate to travel during the summer holidays in France, specifically in July and August 2026.
We have not set exact dates for summer 2026 to allow flexibility in coordinating with the partner organization and young participants from another European country.

Geographical Location:
We come from a rural area part of France, located one hour south of Toulouse and one hour north of the Pyrenees and Spain.
Our region is deeply connected to nature, with an economy primarily based on agriculture, craftsmanship, and tourism.
Heading towards the Pyrenees, the landscape transforms into mountains, home to diverse wildlife and flora (including the land of bears!), offering outdoor and sports activities, forests, and lakes.
In contrast, Toulouse, the fourth-largest city in France, is a multicultural and dynamic metropolis, rich in heritage, offering a wide range of urban activities and an eclectic artistic scene.

Activities:
As of now, we have not defined specific activities or topics for this project.
In the coming weeks, we will work with the group to explore ideas and develop proposals to present to our future partner.

Conclusion:
We would also be delighted to offer reciprocity and host young people from other European countries in return.
