There are serious several problems about employability in the labour market for youngsters in EU and also in TURKEY. From statistical view when we investigate Turkey’s EU’s overall ranks, unemployability is high now. Labour market’s prior problems engaged to youngsters. According to TÜİK (Turkish Statistical Information Institution) parameters; 15-29 years old youngsters consist the 24% of general population and unemployment rate is 19% for this age range, this general view seems similar among some of EU countries.

Unemployment does not cause only economical problems; it causes social exclusion, psychological problems, health problems, violence, crime inclination, alcohol and drug usage and such problems among the youngsters. Obstacles in front of the youngster’s employment can count as; lack of employment areas and low power of economy, low connection between education system and labour market, unreachable internship and practical implementations for youngsters, disadvantage regulations of labour market, youngster’s lack of awareness about supportive institutions for employment opportunities according to their characters and features.
