Full Project Description:
"Cinema Paradiso: Social Impact Through Videomaking" is a dynamic training course aiming to equip youth workers and unemployed youth with the skills needed for impactful videomaking. The project revolves around strengthening competencies in visual arts, particularly videography, to empower partner organizations to better communicate their activities and outreach goals.
[See more details in the attached file]

Trainers and methodology:
Our trainers, Fabio Meazza and Stefano Esposito, bring a wealth of experience in video making, storytelling, and acting. The course will be 80-85% practical, focusing on hands-on activities; 5-10% theoretical, covering essential technical details and inspiration; and 10% reflective, encouraging sharing and contemplation.

Target groups:
We're inviting three participants per country, either youth workers associated with the sending partners or unemployed youth with whom these partners work frequently.

Learning objectives:
- Skill Training for Youth Workers: to equip them with the ability to produce compelling video content that not only entertains but incites social change.
- Youth Empowerment: to provide both hard and soft skills in video making and teamwork, preparing them for the challenges of the modern workforce.
- Social Advocacy: to use video production as a medium to raise awareness on critical social and environmental issues.
- Sustainability and Accessibility: to ensure that the acquired skills can be applied using easily accessible and sustainable tools.
- Networking and Collaboration: to build a long-term network of organizations and individuals for future social and educational initiatives.

What we expect from the Partnership:
- Should we accept this partnership, we expect active collaboration, not just in sending participants, but in their preparation and follow-up. After the activity, we expect that participants will be engaged in creating video content that aligns with your organization’s mission. We're asking for at least one promotional or socially relevant video to be produced within five months of the course's completion.
- Your involvement will go beyond filling out a mere PIF. We'll send an agreement covering project management aspects, including a consistent point of contact, responsiveness within two working days, and diligent participant selection. We also expect transparent, constructive, and non-violent communication, along with trust in our methodology.
- We want to emphasize that this is not just an opportunity to send participants to a generic course. We believe "Cinema Paradiso" will benefit your organization in terms of skill development and organizational visibility.

By joining us in this exciting journey, we aim to elevate your organization’s capacity to drive social change, one frame at a time.
