Participants will be able to master the basic concepts of digital transformation, use digital technologies
effectively and become aware of digital skills and security issues. At the same time, they will increase their
cultural awareness and expand their international networks through international co-operation and
experience sharing. This will be an important step to support the professional development of young people
and to consciously prepare young generations for the digital age and transformation.
The impact of digital transformation is increasing and it is imperative for young people to have up-todate knowledge and skills. However, currently, young people do not have sufficient and accurate knowledge
and experience on most digital transformation issues. Moreover, opportunities to participate, network and
share experiences at international level are limited. Therefore, the need to support the professional
development of young people and to provide opportunities for international co-operation, networking for
employment, which is the aim of our project, needs to be met urgently.
Our project will provide participants with a strong foundation in digital transformation, helping them to
develop their digital skills and expand their international networks. It will also support participants to feel
more secure in the digital world by raising awareness on digital security and privacy issues. This needs analysis
emphasises the necessity and importance of our project
The main objectives of our project are as follows:
- To increase the level of knowledge of the participants on digital transformation.
- Increasing the cultural awareness of young people by expanding their international networks
- To improve the participants' ability to use digital technologies correctly and effectively.
- To raise awareness on digital security and privacy issues.
- To increase the creativity of the participants by encouraging creative thinking and innovation skills.
- To support young people to develop projects that will promote digital transformation in their
communities after the project.
- Encouraging their personal and professional growth by gaining international cooperation experience.
- Promote the recognition and implementation of the Erasmus+ programme and encourage the exchange
of knowledge and experience between participants, organisations and their networks
