Programma Formazione Lavoro - PFL

PFL Group, formally accredited as a vocational training center by decree n. 6590 of May 15, 2024, stands as a well-established reference point for individuals seeking practical and readily applicable training for the professional world. Our legal and operational headquarters are both strategically located in the vibrant province of Crotone, specifically in Carfizzi (KR), at Via VIII Marzo, 28, a position that allows us to be closely attuned to the needs of the local communities.
Our primary mission is to make a tangible contribution to the economic and social advancement of Calabria. We pursue this ambitious goal through the design and delivery of theoretical and practical training courses, often structured as "full-immersion" programs, but always with a strong orientation towards the professional sphere. We go beyond the mere transfer of knowledge, dedicating ourselves to shaping qualified professionals equipped with the essential competencies to navigate the ever-evolving challenges of the labor market.
Our training offer is meticulously crafted to bridge the skills gap that often impedes progress in key sectors of the Calabrian economy, such as tourism, agriculture, and technology. We firmly believe that investing in education and training is the principal engine for fostering innovation and comprehensive regional development. Our track record speaks volumes, with previous accreditations demonstrating a consistent commitment to the sector: from decree 6598/2017 (Ordinamentale), to DDG n. 12724/2021 (Duale), and the more recent DDG n. 10931/2022 (Avviso N. 1 PNRR) and DDG n. 12501/2023 (Avviso n. 2 PNRR). These recognitions are the result of diligent work and an unwavering focus on the quality of our provision.
In alignment with the latest opportunities arising within the region, PFL Group actively intends to participate in the Public Notice for the Dual System We recognize the dual model as a highly effective training methodology, seamlessly integrating classroom learning with direct practical experience in local Calabrian businesses . In this context, we have already submitted a concrete project proposal within Intervention Line 1, focusing on three-year IeFP pathways in dual mode leading to the professional qualification of Operator for activities related to administrative procedures – Administrative Assistant. This initiative aims to cultivate professionals capable of effectively supporting the local administrative and productive fabric.
Our commitment extends further. Leveraging our extensive experience and deep understanding of the Calabrian entrepreneurial landscape, PFL Group is also positioned to act as a provider of consultancy services for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) interested in participating in the Public Notice for the granting of contributions to SMEs for the “Gender Equality Certification”. We firmly believe that promoting gender equality is a crucial element for equitable and sustainable social and economic development. In this domain, we can offer preparatory consultancy activities for obtaining the certification, providing support for organizational analysis, identification of existing gaps, drafting of the strategic plan, implementation of necessary actions, and monitoring of results. To deliver these services effectively, we are mindful of the necessity to meet specific requirements, such as registration in the Unioncamere reference database, possession of consultants with relevant ATECO codes, or proven experience in the field of gender equality within public administrations. The objective of this public notice is to raise awareness about the social, cultural, economic, and strategic importance of gender equality within Calabrian businesses and to encourage higher rates of female employment.
Looking ahead, PFL Group is actively evaluating the submission of further projects within the framework of the Public Notice for the Three-Year IeFP Training Offer (2024/2029 cycle). The objective is to propose three-year pathways that confer Level III EQF qualifications, with a particular focus on professional profiles that concretely meet the needs of the local and national labor market, integrating digital and "green" competencies, as well as innovative teaching methodologies. One such profile, detailed in our project proposal for the Dual System, is the "Chef 4.0: Maestro dell'Arte Culinaria Digitale e Sostenibile (Level III EQF)". This forward-thinking qualification underscores our commitment to blending traditional expertise with cutting-edge digital and sustainability skills, perfectly aligning with the objectives of the Public Notice for Three-Year IeFP Training Offers, which aims to qualify and modernize IeFP systems and integrate them with labor market policies.
Our methodological approach is grounded in the adoption of innovative and engaging teaching methodologies across all proposed training pathways. We believe in the significance of active and participatory learning, which prepares our students to confidently enter the world of work. Furthermore, we are committed to continuous quality monitoring of our training programs, through the collection of feedback from students, partner companies, and our teaching staff. The results of this monitoring serve as a valuable tool for us to continuously enhance our training offer and ensure its long-term effectiveness.
