Chrześcijańska Służba Charytatywna

We are a nationwide public benefit organization, which unites people of good will, regardless of their religion, beliefs, nationality, sex, age or race; people devoted to the ideas of charity, human rights, and dignity of every man. We help the poor, the disabled, the elderly, victims of natural disasters, children and young people with difficult economic and social backgrounds.

Many of our activities are based on the work of volunteers and are being conducted in branches located all over the country. We work with city councils, social welfare, food banks, churches, schools, non-governmental organizations, as well as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European Union. We also receive a lot of support from charitable people.
Our objectives

1. Ensuring equal access to education for all children and young people, developing their potential and enabling them to safely spend their free time in after school clubs.

2. Integrating the poor by providing food, clothes, and – in extremely difficult situations – money.

3. Integrating disabled people by lending rehabilitation equipment and organizing clubs for deaf and mute people.

4. Improving relations in marriages and popularizing family values by organizing lectures and providing counsellors for couples and parents.

5. Improving the quality of life of elderly people by organizing social and artistic meetings in retirement homes.

6. Promoting and protecting health care by preventing lifestyle diseases and addictions in health clubs, and organizing expositions on health in public places.

7. Protecting human life by helping the victims of catastrophes, natural disasters and military conflicts in Poland and abroad.
