Coach vs Youth worker

The participants of the training, who are working with youngsters, including children with fewer
opportunities, will have chance to develop their skills, learn new mothods, confront with coaching methodology, look for the ways of practical usage of coaching methods and skills. Youth worker will be able to face challange of becoming a coach, but still being youth workers.
The training will rely on the pedagogial and psychological education methods. The participants will work with their
emotions, experiencing group dynamic and interactions.
Training will bring closer to participants methodological techniques of working with
"difficult" youngsters.
Participants involved in project will have chance to practice their abilities, develop new skills, and gain feedback and supervision sessions for trainers.
