More cooperation, less competition! - international youth exchange

Participants will discus an improvement in creativity and benefits of diversity. They will create something together and analyse what helps or what makes cooperation difficult, how to achieve team's potential and make use of abilities of each team member. In the framework of the project the young people will have an opportunity to invent methods of encouraging cooperation among peers, classmates, friends, neighbours.

Number of participants: 12-16 (maximum 6 persons form one country)
