Trainers and Multipliers support

First of all, in 2004 the multipliers network was created with the kick off training "Factory of Multipliers". Since then around 30 experienced youth workers from EECA countries inform about the Programme, prepare promo materials and publications, coach youth groups and foster networking, provide expertise to the National Agencies and SALTO EECA. Since 2009 the multipliers network acts through 3 working groups:

Moreover, SALTO EECA together with the Partnership programme prepared 18 youth trainers from different European countries to support youth work development between Programme and EECA countries. Two-stage training for youth trainers took part in 2006. Many of this trainers are still active and cooperate with our Resource Centre. Anyway, there is also many new trainers joining into work of SALTO EECA.

And finally, since 2007 SALTO EECA works with a group of EVS trainers in Eastern Europe and Caucasus to provide quality EVS training cycle in the region. The key event for this group was training in Simeiz, Ukraine.
Between 2007-2010, when partner organisations were responsible for the EVS trainings, together we organised over 70 pre-departure and on-arrival trainings as well as mid-term and final evaluation meetings. This was enormous support into the quality of EVS projects. SALTO EECA continues the cooperation with the EVS trainers group, also enlarging it when necessary.
