To introduce to the participants the concept of different levels of participation of inclusion groups in decision making processes.

Description of the tool

The concept of the different stages of participation is introduced by the trainer ith the help of the handout each participant gets a copy at the beginning of the session.

The ladder of youth participation is then logically reflected upon and a link is made to the participation levels of inclusion groups.

A short debate or round of questions should follow.
This is appropriate as an introduction to an activity on participation and co-sharing of decisions.
