A Toolkit with methods and activities for a full 7-day Train the trainer course. Suitable for entry level youth workers and non-formal educators, the program can be adapted for a group of mixed-level participants.

Aims of the tool

-provide organisations and trainers with methods and activities to run a full-course of Train the trainers
-share a tested methodology, applicable to a wide range of target youth workers and facilitators
-provides detailed description of each activity with timing, materials needed and step-by-step instructions included

Description of the tool

The Toolkit includes:
-description of daily program
-useful ideas for ice-breakers, get-to-know each other and teambuilding activities
-fully described methods related to Kolb learning cycle, debriefing, public speaking, learning styles, conflict resolution, challenging behaviours and more
-7 innovative methods suitable for youth work, developed by the participants in the training
