The handbook is intended to enable youth information workers to recognize hate speech and assign it to its various forms. It lists 10 categories of hate speech with subcategories and detailed examples.

The handbook contains sensitive examples of illegal and extremist content. In order to comply with legal and ethical requirements, access is restricted: a preview is publicly available, and the full version can be obtained on request from info@jugendagentur.de.
