Aims of the tool
The GameChangers Toolkit aims to support organizations, coaches, youth workers, and local leaders in planning and delivering inclusive, low-cost sports events that foster social inclusion, youth empowerment, and community engagement—especially in underdeveloped or marginalized areas. It provides practical tools, step-by-step guidance, and real-life examples to help transform sport into a vehicle for positive social impact, no matter the size of the team or budget.

Step-by-step guidance on event management
Tips for marketing, communication, and community outreach on a low budget
Strategies for community engagement
Practical tips on finding funding and sponsors
Real-life examples from Bulgaria and Greece
A list of local, national, and international funding programs and platforms
The handbook is available for free in Bulgarian, English, and Greek.
The toolkit is created as part of Project "Game Changers: Encouraging Social Inclusion and Active Lifestyles in Underdeveloped Areas", which is implemented under the Erasmus+ Programme – Key Action 2 – Small-scale Partnerships.
