Work experience

Over the past several years I have designed and facilitated community-based leadership, storytelling and dialogue programmes across Southeast Asia, South Asia, Europe and Africa. My work supports local organisations, community leaders, grassroots networks and civil society organisations to strengthen trust, build social cohesion and develop practical approaches to addressing complex community challenges through participatory learning. Recent work has included regional programmes with International Dialogue Centre KAICIID, community resilience initiatives with The Asia Foundation, youth leadership and social cohesion programmes with Save the Children, and mentoring networks supporting locally led peacebuilding and dialogue initiatives. In the coming months I will continue designing and facilitating programmes that equip communities with storytelling, dialogue and facilitation skills to strengthen local leadership, collaboration and sustainable social change.

Educational pathway

My training practice has been shaped by a combination of formal education and continuous experiential learning. I am a Yale World Fellow, an Ariane de Rothschild Fellow (Columbia Business School/ESSEC), and hold a BA in English Literature and Anthropology. I am also a KAICIID International Fellow, and a Joker trained in Theatre of the Oppressed. These are important as they have led me to where I am, valuing cultures, dialogue, and individual stories and how to engage with them
