Sérgio is a passionate educator, running on eagerness to learn. Founded and leaded Dínamo (Portugal, 2008-13). Is member of the CoE Youth Department trainers pool. Was trainer in World Forum on Democracy (2013) or ToTHRE (2013-14). Was Social Rights policy advisor in Lisbon City Council on Youth, Participation and Human Rights (2013-17). Designed and coordinated SOMOS - Lisbon Programme for EDC and HRE. Is developing his PhD thesis on "Learning Democracy in the 21st Century".
