Work experience

I have 15 years of working experience in media production and educational projects, both, on the local & international level.

In media, I've mainly worked on documentaries and awareness campaigns for several organizations and institutions in Spain, El Salvador, Senegal, Uganda, among other countries. I believe that media have a huge potential to denounce and raise awareness on different human rights and social justice issues and I've always tried to work on this area, collaborating with organizations to share their message.

The other half of my time, I am a Media Literacy educator in my region, Galicia, and also work as a non formal trainer for youth organizations & youth workers. Through participatory video and other similar approaches, I use media as a tool for conflict resolution, community engagement and/or to build up participatory media outputs through educative processes.

Since 2015, I've discovered Erasmus+ trainings and I've been involved in three different projects that where really meaningful for me and I still fell I have skills to share within this program, but also knowledge to grasp from my colleagues to keep on doing what I love.
