Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The project involve 25 youngsters plus 6 group leaders, coming from Italy, Turkey, Spain, Bulgary, Cyprus and Cezck Republic. The project has its origins in the problem that youngsters, especially those with fewer opportunities, have no initiative in the creation of self

Training methods used & main activities

The working methodology will be based on full involvement of young people as per the European guidelines about non formal and informal learning and will include a mix of reflective moments, practical activities, ludic moments based on learning by doing and mutual learning.
The youngsters will undergo a non-formal process of intercultural and concrete learning with the main aim to develop the attitude, resourcefulness and young people's interest to initiate self entrepreneurial activity, increase opportunities for reflection and professional orientation, in particular those on new areas of offers of employment, develop the capacity of young Europeans -especially those with fewer opportunities- to self-assessment of their skills and improve the marketing and personal promotion.
