Aims & objectives

TC: Youth Workers Going Digital Aims:
To raise capacity of youth work practitioners to deliver quality activities based on the knowledge and understanding of different youth work theories, digital tools and best practices shared during the TC and empower them to act as multipliers, change makers in their local communities. TC will bring together 34 participants from 8 EU & partner countries: Poland, Georgia, Ukraine, Estonia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Denmark, Romania.
Project Objectives:
-Upskilling youth workers' digital competences and to exchange good examples of how digital tools are used efficiently in youth work in Europe.
-To provide space for exchanging best practices towards youth work and participation, networking and setting up new contacts for further collaborations.
-To prepare youth-friendly Digital Manual - Youth Participation in Digital Community

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

-youth trainers, project managers, youth workers from EU and EaP countries
-young active people willing to further get specialized on youth participation and empowerment in their own initiatives
-trainers team was composed of 3 experts from PL, GE

Training methods used & main activities

-innovative and digital youth work methods
-interactive workshops

-discussions and tried out practices

-individual consultations

Outcomes of the activity

-group of 32 motivated and enthusiastic youth workers ready to lead the workshops with online and igital tools for inclusion of vulnerable youth and youth groups
-action plan for future projects organised in cooperation with NGOs in EU and EaP
-exchange of knowledge and further cooperation among the coaches

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

-senior trainer and international expert on digital youth work and comptences
-preparing the DIGITAL YOUTH WORK full concept and program followig the comprehensive programme review and needs analysis
-composing the team and preparing the programme
-full time trainer and facilitator during the training
-cooperation and follow-up after the training through consultations on the capacity building of NGOs (implementing partners) on youth inclusion online

I worked on this training for 8 days as a full time trainer.
