I was one of the two trainers of this training course.
My responsibilities came from the design of the training program, content and methodology. We also participated in the review of profile of participants.
I also participated in the development of materials, and content for the daily work, and the development of the training within the participants.
After the training program finished, I elaborated, within my partner, the final report of the activity.
Alicia is an expert trainer. She has been committed, helpful, and focused on the group's needs, sensitive and capable of managing the activity with care and quality. It has been a pleasure to work with her and her colleague.
