Aims & objectives

1. Foster a Deeper Understanding of Human Rights.
2. Empower Youth to Advocate for Human Rights.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The project brought together 35 young people from five
different countries: Greece, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden and Italy.

Training methods used & main activities

We used experiential, non-formal education methods such as theater, debate, arts, games, body movement, role-plays, and group reflection discussions.

Outcomes of the activity

All the participants co-created a guide on advocacy methods, best practices, and tips to inspire other young people to act and create an impact on human rights.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was part of the organising team and I facilitated the training sessions of youth exchange from the preparation phase to closing, as well as mentored the participants in creating and facilitating their own activities.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
