Youth Voices Hub

Aims & objectives

A diverse group of young activists, aspiring journalists, and community leaders aged 15-29, from countries across Africa, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. Participants were selected based on their passion for media, storytelling, advocacy, and community engagement.

Training methods used & main activities

The program utilized interactive storytelling workshops, media production labs, advocacy training, and public speaking sessions. Activities included creating multimedia content, writing op-eds, participating in debate forums, and engaging in social media campaigns on current issues affecting youth.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants produced a range of multimedia content, including blogs, podcasts, and videos, that were published on partner platforms. They developed their storytelling, journalism, and advocacy skills, and several were invited to speak at regional forums or collaborate with local media houses on youth-focused projects.
