Aims & objectives

The Project aims to develop the ability of participants and organizations involved in promoting the employability and social inclusion of young people through the sharing and processing of knowledge and methodologies as well as through the establishment of networking mechanisms and common initiatives in the field of Social Entrepreneurship.

This is a detailed description of the impact of the project on the individual categories involved:
-Increased knowledge, skills and abilities in the Social Entrepreneurship sector and the tools that characterize it, developed through the information, methodologies and good practices acquired during the TC.
-Increased motivation, propensity and effectiveness in acting as multipliers of knowledge and methodologies developed during the project and in implementing training initiatives on Social Entrepreneurship aimed at young people based on the methodologies of NFE acquired through the knowledge and methodologies shared in the TC course and interaction with other participants.
-Youth workers will acquire networking skills and specific international contacts (both with partner organizations and individual participants) to foster their personal and professional development.
-The local administrators will acquire knowledge, tools and international contacts that will allow him to transfer the knowledge, tools and contacts acquired during the TC to the respective local communities, encouraging the implementation of initiatives of education and / or direct intervention in the context of Social Entrepreneurship in their communities.

-Development and improvement of the methodologies/tools of each partner, achieved in the ES sector.
-Development of contacts with youth workers and local administrators from various European countries.
-Establishment of a network of organizations, youth workers and local administrators operating in the Social Entrepreneurship sector.

The communities and young people belonging to them will benefit from the transfer of knowledge and skills that will be implemented by TC participants, as multiplier agents, during the events that will be implemented at the local level. The expected impact will trigger an "oil stain" effect among the young people involved, who in turn will be multiplying agents among their peers.
Both youth workers/youth leaders and young local administrators will commit themselves to act as a multiplier effect in their communities, implementing, once they return to their country, training events with young people and especially NEETs, in order to disseminate knowledge , skills and tools acquired during the TC. Long-term impact is also expected through the young/NEETs involved in the events, which will themselves implement multiplier agents among their peers.

The project aims to:
- To equip participants with a framework of knowledge related to social entrepreneurship;
- To equip participants with concrete skills related to social entrepreneurship such as: marketing, management, communication and networking;
-Develop active participation through the creation of non-formal education tools based on social entrepreneurship.
