Both youth workers/youth leaders and young local administrators will commit themselves to act as a multiplier effect in their communities, implementing, once they return to their country, training events with young people and especially NEETs, in order to disseminate knowledge , skills and tools acquired during the TC. Long-term impact is also expected through the young/NEETs involved in the events, which will themselves implement multiplier agents among their peers.
