Aims & objectives

• Raise awareness towards YiA programme and Eastern Partnership Youth Window;
• Promote the idea of YiA among newcomers in international youth work, especially from EECA region;
• Give the detailed information about cooperation between EU and neighbouring countries;
• Manage live and work together representatives of different cultures and backgrounds;
• Raise up positive awareness and promote tolerance;
• Build new partnership between participant countries and create new projects in framework of Youth in Action Programme for future.

Training methods used & main activities

The training, based on exchange of ideas, best practices, more practical and less theoretical input etc., focused on teaching how to organize YiA projects in cooperation with EECA countries.

Outcomes of the activity

During the training special attention was drawn to the following topics: how to creating the idea of the project, establishing effective partnership, deal with application process, organizing the project, challenges that could occur in implementation process and the methods of how they can be faced in order to successfully realize a common projects in future.
The topics of the training were the following: Youth in Action Programme, main features of YE, TC, networking, EVS, cultural diversity, organizing multicultural projects, establishing efficient partnership, etc.
