Aims & objectives

The "Youth Exchanges for Youth" (YOU4YOU) project's main objective was to improve the knowledge and experience of the partners in the field of non-formal education and international youth mobility in the field of youth, in particular about youth exchange
projects (KA152-YOU).
The program aimed to share good practices, tools and methods that improve the quality when helping to design, implement, manage and justify a project with the necessary quality standards within the
KA1 of the Erasmus+ program.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The project brought together 27 youth workers from Serbia, Italy, Estonia, Spain, Denmark, Bulgaria,
Hungary, Ukraine and North Macedonia.

Training methods used & main activities

Team building based on NFE methods.
Introduction to Erasmus+ projects - group work, research, and analysis.
Case studies and analysis to understand goal setting.
Word Coffee to gather ideas for the different aspects of the impact measurement.
Open Stage to develop facilitation skills.

Outcomes of the activity

We are having the days set for the second edition of the training with the team in April 2024.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Planning the educational program, training and mentoring during the sessions, and evaluation of the outcomes and results.

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
