Youth at #V4work

Aims & objectives

The main objective of the project was to overcome unemployment level to empower youth employment and entrepreneurship in the V4 area by testing and developing a set of competences focused on non-formal education methods.

Specifically:
• To boost the V4 cooperation by enhancing and providing youth with the expertise of our countries and getting more ambitious towards EU job market
• To create a space for sharing best practices and refining a set of skills/competences adjusted to the V4 employment and entrepreneurship of youth
• To motivate youth in employment and entrepreneurship and collaboration in developing V4 business by using their talents

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

It wa be a group of 16 people in total coming from Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary: 12 participants, and 4 Experts including me

Training methods used & main activities

NFE metodology, methods such as simulations role plays, drama.

Outcomes of the activity

Sharing experiecnes of young peopel between V4 countries as well as new methods of how to use enterpreneurship to foster employability of young people
