Aims & objectives

Experiential learning, which applies in non- formal
educational settings, will be used to achieve the
following goals:
 Enable the acquisition of knowledge through
creative, non-typical methodology
 Underline the fact that knowledge consists of cognitive, emotional and
behavioural elements
 The learning process is based on equity of roles between the trainers and
the trainees
 Promote respect and acceptance of different opinions, experiences and
attitudes.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Young people from Ngo's and Municipalities.
Spain, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Italy, Cyprus, Greece are partner countries.

Non formal Education, Outdoor activities, drama games, simulation, Theatrical performances, brain storming etc.

I lead several workshops about;
Youth in action, Theatrical (multicultural) performances, Drama games, Team building, knowing eachother, Animation etc.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
