Training methods used & main activities

Team-building activities were designed to help participants feel at ease with one another, fostering a safe and supportive environment for both work and learning.

Group discussions, debates, and interactive presentations helped deepen the understanding of youth workers and other participants on various human rights-related topics.

Workshops and innovative non-formal education methods provided youth workers with insights on effectively presenting and promoting projects, as well as introduced non-formal learning tools that enhance creativity and negotiation skills.

The development of a new Human Rights Education Toolkit aimed to train participants in reflecting on their learning experiences and applying their knowledge to share and expand it further.

Outcomes of the activity

The successful outcome we have achieved during the International Training Course was a Toolkit for Human Rights Education and how to promote youth activism in local communities.
