Michael did an excellent job training the young leaders both online and on-site. His methods and tools were highly engaging and helped create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all participants. Moreover, his strong intercultural competencies in working with trainees from diverse backgrounds, facilitating meaningful dialogue and encouraging exchange, were truly remarkable.
