Aims & objectives

1. Participants will be able to explain the link between environmental/planetary well-being and individual well-being by the end of the training.
2. Participants will develop and share at least one strategy for taking sustainability into account in their everyday lives.
3. Participants will work with the GreenComp Model during the training to develop and share at least one practical example for daily sustainable practices.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Scandinavians due to an aim to design a training with low carbon footprint

Our team was 1 from Denmark and 2 from Iceland. 3 in the planning process and two as the facilitation team.

Outcomes of the activity

Youth workers with enriched experiences.
Understanding of The Green Comp Competence Framework raised from 1,8 (on scale from 1-5) to 3,8 during the training course.
Participants have used tools in their own work as a youth workers
