TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

The objectives of the training:
- Increase the organizational capacity of the presidents of local chapters
- Create networks and cooperation between the different countries
- Learn about the global directions and how to implement them in the local chapter
- Learn how to manage teams
- Learn soft skills
There were 250 delagates from 45 countries from Europe, North America and Africa.
We were using all non-formal training methods such as:
- Small group discussions
- Learning by doing
- Simulations
- Task forces
- Role plays
- PPT presentations and discussions
- How to ensure financial sustainability of projects through ER income
- How to strengthen your own sales skills and those of your sales teams
- How to actively engage interns in activities
- How to increase exchange numbers
- How to properly run learning environments
- Learn more soft skills (Project Management, Sales, time management, fundraising skills)
I was the chair of the training so i had different tasks.
- My main task was to lead the trainers team, to make sure that the objectives of the agenda are reached, that all workshops well prepared, that the time table is balanced and well executed. Also providing support to the trainers with advice on how to run their sessions.
- Coordination between the organizers - there was a team of 12 trainers and 12 organizers and i was coordinating them during the whole project.
- I was having sessions, holding speeches, running motivational workshops and activities.
