Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The target group were mainly staff members among the network of YMCAs interested on sending and hosting young volunteers from other countries.
The team was composed by 4 members of the European working group on volunteers and 1 intern-assistant.

Group work, presentations, quizs, role plays, contact-making spaces, organisations fair, intercultural exchange, best practices exchange...

Outcomes of the activity

Contact-making and capacity built to foster the international and intercultural exchange of volunteers among our network. Reinforce of the Working Group "Volunteers for Europe"
