Aims & objectives

In the partnership building activity participants have the possibility to:
> deepen the knowledge of European Solidarity Corps, volunteering teams and the inclusive potential the format offers
>get to know the good practices of successfully implemented volunteering team activities and get inspired by them
> network with organisations from all over Europe
> establish partnerships for high-quality volunteer team activities, especially those engaging young people with fewer opportunities

Target group: social workers, youth workers, project coordinators from different countries active within the ESC programme

In preparation for and after the first edition, we wrote a handbook about the format Volunteering Teams:

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Preparation and attending team meetings, planning the general flow, planning and facilitating sessions, writing the report.

I worked on this training for 3 each days as a full time trainer.
