“Visual dreamers” tapped on the potential that underlies in building a bridge between
vague dreams and concrete project plans through the use of visual facilitation. The participants gathered tools and knowledge that helped them to create their own personal approach of using visuals to bring out, organize and support the execution of social innovation projects with/by young people.
The aim of the project was to improve youth
workers'/youth leaders' ability to elicit and support social innovation ideas together with young people through applying visual thinking and visual facilitation
techniques, which result in more engaging and attractive project concepts.
The group was formed by 31 youth workers, teachers and/or educators from Italy, Spain, Denmark, Estonia, Poland, Lithuania, Greece, Malta and Germany.
