Visegrad Countries’ Experience in Transformation for Shida Kartli region

Aims & objectives

During the training the most important point was to develop the knowledges and skills of the participants who arrived from the local goverments and NGO-s, civil organizations.
Our part was to develop their knowledges about Erasmus+ and online tools.
That was a good chance for these workers to be able to do their own things with tools and informations.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The target group ages were really different but the ages were between 20 and 55.
The target group was the workers of the local goverments and workers of the NGO's.
Georgian participants were the member of this training.

Training methods used & main activities

We used the non-formal methods during the training and we involed the people for to be an active partner of the training. They made their own workshops, they asked much and they've learnt the new skills by practice.

Outcomes of the activity

The training gaves unique methods for the people which was new and never developed by the participants.

I was a main trainer with my partner during this training.
