Aims & objectives

The theme of the Value+ training was attitude for learning and it's use in entrepreneurship and how to develop tools and methods for personal and professional development. Get to know organizations interested in promoting entrepreneurship methods and tools among the youth, provide an opportunity for key actors to share their views about entrepreneurship a get to know success cases of
entrepreneurship in real practice, share good practices and methods among peers; promote motivation among the participants and local community for personal and professional development; provide fundamental tools
and methods for developing entrepreneurship and attitude for learning.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

This project gathered 24 international participants from 8 countries from France, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Italy, Lithuania and Romenia. These participants were mainly youngsters unemployed or with fewer opportunities. The Trainers Team was composed by 2 Portuguese Trainers.

Training methods used & main activities

The activities will be based in active and non-formal methods: team building, discussion sessions, work and reflection groups,
visualizing videos and powerpoint presentations, games, intercultural evenings, visit of the local community, invited speakers (success stories), etc. It will have stimulation of the development of personal and group competencies, taking in
consideration the Key Competences of Youth Pass. We will have daily and a final evaluation.

Outcomes of the activity

The Project developed a lot of personal and professional competences as final evaluation questionnaires confirm.
Participants gained a tools and methods to develop professional skill of trainers and youth workers to empower youth on their professional and personal life: especially in the different sessions on coaching 1 to 1, in the practice sessions, in the new tools on self reflection created by the trainers, in the sessions on communication and leadership, in motivational and self-recognisement tools (wheel of life/motivation, ROSA, Simpson Test,...), video presentation on own skills, stress management, and so on.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My role in Value + was a trainer in some sessions in especially about teambuild activities, Erasmus +, profissional development, follow up and evaluation. I had some counseling sessions with some of the trainees after the project.

I worked on this training for 7 training days days as a full time trainer.
