Aims & objectives

-Train management and organization skills, also developing a specific toolbox
-Inform and guide youth workers in the development of a professional career in
the third sector
-Improve competence in PR, fundraising and marketing
-Improve the level of key competences and skills of participants (mostly with
fewer opportunities) and introduction to the practices of self-evaluation of the 8
Key competences
-Increase networking and collaborations among partner organizations
-Inform about the opportunities and the benefits of the Erasmus+ Programme,
especially for NGOs and youth workers

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The Training gathered 26 Youth workers (including trainers and staff) from the following 8 Programme Countries: Sweden, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, FYROM and Romania.

Participants experienced the use of specific tools and methods in order to improve the quality of the youth work activities implemented by the partner NGOs, through and appropriate management and planning.
