Aims & objectives

To train participants about non-formal learning, definition of learning objectives, following learning processes, self-assessment of learning outcomes, and the use of Youthpass as a tool of recognition of non-formal learning in the activities of the Youth in Action programme.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Youth workers and regional officers working with youth from ultraperipheral regions from France, Portugal and Spain.

Team composed by 2 international trainers & 3 regional officers from the countries stated above.

Training methods used & main activities

Self-assesment questionaries, learning diaries, role playing, workshops, active participation through non formal learning methods and tools.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants gained the competences necessary to be Youthpass multipliers in their region and/or network.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Trainer and facilitator of the learning process especially within the Spanish participants.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
